Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Mathematics and Natural Sciences Teacher to join our team at Elkanah House High School. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, have a strong knowledge of mathematics and natural sciences concepts, and be able to create engaging and interactive lessons to inspire and educate students.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students with varying levels of understanding
- Teach mathematics and natural sciences courses to students in a clear and engaging manner
- Assess student learning through tests, quizzes, and projects
- Provide feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary lesson plans and projects
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Teaching certification in Mathematics and Natural Sciences
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a high school setting
- Strong knowledge of mathematics and natural sciences concepts
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- S.A.C.E accredited
